PUC’s decision on report

(1) No later than fifty (50) days after the receipt of the independent expert’s report above, the PUC shall deliver a final decision on any amendment to be made to the Schedules and Tariffs, and such amended Schedules and Tariffs shall remain in effect for the next Full Tariff Period. (2) The PUC’s decision may incorporate the expert’s determination of any element of the Business Plan.
