Comments on report

Within twenty days of issuance of the report under byelaw 23 above, the licensee and any interested party representing customers of the licensee that together consumed at least 10% of the water sold by the licensee during the preceding year may, submit comments on the report, and where such comments challenge the conclusions of the report, the PUC shall within 15 days afford the licensee and such interested parties an opportunity to be heard.
