Meeting of the PUC

Within ten (10) days after the date of the notice described in byelaw 15, the PUC shall hold a meeting at the time and place set forth in the notice. At every such meeting, the licensee shall, and interested parties may, participate, and the PUC shall establish the schedule for the proceedings in accordance with the time limits set forth herein.
