Vesting of the assets and liabilities of WASA in the Successor Company
Water Industry (Vesting Day) (Dissolution Of Water And Sewerage Authority And Nomination Of Successor Company) Order, para. 5 · Revised Edition 2020
Section 85 of the Act shall have effect with regard to the vesting of the assets and liabilities of the Water and Sewerage Authority in the BELIZE WATER SERVICES LIMITED in accordance with the provisions contained in the said section.
