Appointed day

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 3(1) of the Water Industry Act and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I MAXWELL SAMUELS, Minister responsible for water and sewerage, hereby appoint the 23rd day of March, 2001 as the “appointed day” for the purposes of the said Act.
