Administrative expenses incurred by Minister

There shall be paid out of such monies as may be provided by the National Assembly, all administrative expenses incurred by the Minister in the performance of his functions under this Act. Fire Hydrants, Supply Pipes Meters, Sewerages Works, Breaking open of Streets, Disconnections, etc.
