Discount for prompt payment of water and sewerage rates

(1) A licensee may allow discounts or rebates in consideration of prompt payment of water and sewerage rates. (2) Where, and so long as the licensee allows such discounts or rebates, notice of the effect of this section shall be endorsed on every demand note for sewerage rates.
