Licence not to dispense with planning permission

Cap. 222, s. 67 · Revised Edition 2020

A licence granted under this Part shall not have the effect of dispensing with the necessity of obtaining planning permission where such permission is required under the Housing and Town Planning Act. CAP. 182.
