Services of the licensee to be paid for

The licensee shall render no free service, and the charges for services rendered to Government or to any municipal authority shall be deemed to be ordinary expenses of Government or the relevant municipal authority and shall be paid from appropriations made for such purposes. Such payments shall be made in accordance with provisions regulating the disbursement of public funds. CAP. 184.
