Public stand pipes

A licensee may in his discretion erect, maintain and supply with water, in such places within Belize as he thinks fit, public standpipes for the public use, and may, with the approval of the Minister when Government pays for the service or, of the relevant municipal authority when such municipal authority pays for the service, remove any such standpipe which in his opinion is no longer required. 47
