Repeal of Water and Sewerage Act and savings

(1) On the 23rd day of March, 2001, the Water and Sewerage Act is repealed. (2) All Regulations, rules, byelaws, Orders or other subsidiary instruments made under the repealed Act shall continue to be in force in so far as they are not inconsistent with this Act and until they are revoked. CAP. 222. (3) Where, in any rule, law, enactment, Order, notice or subsidiary instrument, any reference is made to the Water and Sewerage Act such reference shall be construed as a reference to this Act.
