Legal proceedings to subsist

Any legal proceedings pending or existing– (a) immediately before the commencement of this Act, by or against the Government; or (b) immediately before the vesting period by or against the Authority, in relation to any waterworks or existing sewerage system shall be deemed to subsist and may be continued by or against a licensee as the party to the proceedings instead of the Government or the etc.
