Reference to Authority, etc., deemed reference to licensee, etc

A reference in any deed, contract, bond, security or other document made before the commencement of this Act– (a) to the Government; or (b) the Authority, concerning any waterworks or existing sewerage system, shall, unless the context otherwise requires, be construed as a reference to the Government or a licensee as the case may be.
