Duty to give notice of certain works

A licensee, before commencing to execute repairs or other work which will cause any material interference with the supply of water or with the sewerage facilities shall, except in a case of emergency, give to all consumers and to all persons served with sewerage facilities likely to be affected, such notice as is reasonably practicable and shall complete the work with all reasonable despatch.
