Maintenance of Water Abstraction Licenses

The Authority shall, by Regulations made in accordance with section 90 above, provide for the recording of all licences under this Part, and of all action relevant thereto taken in accordance with section 59 of this Act, in a Register of Water Abstraction Licences, and for the formation and upkeep of such Register.
