Succession of license

The Authority shall, by Regulations made in accordance with section 90 of this Act, provide for the succession to a licence under this Part in the event that the licensee who is the owner or occupier of the land on which, adjacent to which, or under which the water to which the licence relates occurs, dies or ceases otherwise to be the owner or occupier of the whole or part of the relevant land.
