Recharge areas

The Authority may delimit areas as recharge areas and the areas so delimited shall either, (a) be declared to be a control area under section 54 of this Act; or (b) be declared to be a special development area pursuant to the provisions of the Land Utilization Act, Cap. 188; or (c) be protected under any relevant legislation.
