Registration, etc. of easement

(1) The person to whom an easement is granted shall submit details of the easement as required by the Registrar of Lands for registration of the easement. (2) Until it is registered or recorded pursuant to subsection (1) of this section, an easement is binding only on the persons who were the original parties to the agreement. National Integrated 36
