Determination of application for easement

(1) The Authority may either dismiss the claim for an easement or grant the claim with or without modification and subject to such conditions, and to the payment of such compensation to the owner of the land as the Authority seems just. (2) The Authority shall notify the applicant and the owner of the land of its decision.
