Establishment of Authority
Cap. 222:01, s. 3 · Revised Edition 2020
There is hereby established for the purposes of this Act a statutory body to be called the National Integrated Water Resources Authority (hereinafter called the Authority) which shall be a corporate body with perpetual succession and a common seal.
