Resolution of conflicts with Water Industry Act

Without prejudice to the provisions of the Water Industry Act, Cap. 222, as it relates to the provision of water and sewer services directly or indirectly to or for the public, where there is any conflict between the provisions of this Act and those of the Water Industry Act the provisions of this Act shall prevail.
