Trans-boundary water

(1) This Act shall not affect the provisions of international agreements on the use and protection of Trans- boundary water resources that are in force or may be concluded, to which Belize is a party. (2) In dealing with Trans-boundary waters, and in the absence of international agreements, Belize shall abide by the accepted principles of international customary law on the subject. Act.
