Conduct of business

Electricity (Tariffs, Fees And Charges) Bye-Laws, r. 5 · Revised Edition 2020

A licensee shall conduct his business in a manner which is reasonably best calculated to meet the quality of service standards (service reliability) and regulated values determined by the Commission for the regulated parameters in Schedule II. Schedule II.
