Submission of proposed values

At least ninety (90) days prior to the commencement of an ATP, the licensee shall submit proposed values for regulated values, mean electricity rates, tariffs, rates, charges and fees for the next ATP and a report describing the licensee’s performance as to the quality of service standards (service reliability) and regulated values determined by the Commission for the regulated parameters set out in Schedule II.
