Report of expert

(1) Within thirty days of the date of his appointment, the independent expert shall issue a written report documenting his review and containing his recommendations on the regulated values, mean electricity rates, tariffs, rates, charges and fees for the next Full Tariff Period. (2) The independent expert shall give full and fair consideration to the initial decision of the Commission and the objections, comments and information submitted by the licensee and interested parties and such report shall be submitted to the Commission and the licensee and shall be made available to the public in accordance with bye-law 9.
