Initial decision of Commission

No earlier than thirty-one days and no later than forty- five days after the date of the licensee’s submission, the Commission shall issue an initial written decision setting out the regulated values, mean electricity rates, tariffs, rates, charges Electricity 35 and fees for the next Full Tariff Period along with reasons explaining the decision.
