Every person who desires to be supplied by the Company with electricity shall fill in and deliver to the Company a form of application which shall be furnished by them, and shall, if so required by the Company, deposit and maintain from time to time with the Company a sum estimated by the latter to be sufficient to secure all the charges likely to be incurred by the applicant for or incidental to a supply of electricity for three months. 16 Electricity
