Liability for failure of supply, etc

The Company shall not be liable for any loss suffered by any person whomsoever in consequence of any failure to supply Electricity 21 electricity, or of any defect in such supply where such failure or defect is caused by the breakdown of any part of the electricity works, machinery, or electrical lines or by causes not within the Company’s control.
