Board may undertake work

(1) The Company may undertake any work of constructing or altering or repairing electrical installations on behalf of the owner thereof. (2) Before such work shall be commenced the Company may require the owner to give a written undertaking to pay the said charges immediately upon completion of the work, and the Company may require that such undertaking shall be guaranteed in any manner they may deem desirable.
