Renewal of licences

(1) Any person desiring to renew a wireman’s licence shall make a written application to the P.U.C. and shall furnish evidence as to his character. (2) If the P.U.C. is satisfied that the applicant meets the required standards, it shall renew the licence for a further period of one year on payment by the applicant of a fee of ten dollars. (3) If a wireman fails to renew his licence for a consecutive period of two years, he shall on subsequent application be required to pay the licence and test fee.
