Vesting Day

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 46(1) of the Electricity Act, 1992 (No. 13 of 1992) and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, CARLOS DIAZ, Minister of Energy and Communications, hereby appoint the 7th day of January, 1993 as the “vesting day” for the purposes of the said Act.
