National and regional electrical services

(1) During the transition period, the B.E.B. shall continue to perform those functions necessary and sufficient for the provision of electricity services, other than those functions transferred to the Commission under section 7. (2) For the purposes of this Act, “the transition period” means the period beginning with the appointed day and ending on the vesting day.
