Power to cross rivers, etc

A licence holder, with the approval of the Commission, to be given after the Commission has obtained the approval of the Minister, may convey any electric line or electrical plant over, through or below any river, stream, or watercourse in the country and do anything necessary for the purpose, Provided that nothing in this section shall authorize the licence holder to do anything which may permanently interfere with navigation upon any such water. 35
