Register of approvals, etc

(1) The Commission shall keep a register of approvals given and designations made under section 27 at such premises and in such form as it may determine. (2) Subject to any direction given under sub-section (3), the Commission shall cause particulars of every such approval or designation, and of every variation or withdrawal of such an approval or designation, to be entered in the register. (3) Section 24(3), (4) and (5) shall, as far as may be, apply for the purposes of this section.
