Register of approved contractors

(1) The Commission shall keep a register of approvals given under section 25 at such premises and in such form as it may determine. (2) The Commission shall cause particulars of every such approval, and of every variation or withdrawal of such an approval, to be entered in the register. (3) Section 24(3), (4) and (5) shall, as far as may be, apply for the purposes of this section.
