Licences

(1) Applications for licences under the Wildlife Protection Act shall be made to the Game Warden who may at his discretion issue a licence on payment of the following fees: A Dealer’s Licence........................ $2,000.00 A Visiting-hunter Licence ............. $ 100.00 A Local-hunter Licence ................ $ 10.00 An Annual Game Licence- To Nationals .................... $ 500.00 To Others ........................ $1,000.00 12 Wildlife Protection (2) Licences shall be in the form and subject to the conditions and for the period as to the Game Warden may seem fit. (3) Licences shall not be transferable. (4) No licence shall be issued for a period exceeding one year from the date of issue. _________________
