Prohibited activities

(1) Save as the Minister may by regulations provide, no person shall, in any area closed to hunting of wildlife pursuant to the provisions of this Act or any other enactment for the time being in force, (a) hunt any wildlife of any species; (b) be found in possession of any wildlife or part thereof; (c) carry any gun, spear, trap or other means for hunting wildlife. (2) No person shall without a licence hunt any wildlife in a forest reserve.
