Disposal of forfeited articles

Any wildlife or parts or products thereof forfeited under the provisions of this Act or under any regulations made under this Act shall be disposed of by the Game Warden with the approval of the Minister, in a manner that may be deemed proper. The proceeds of any sales, if forfeited under the provisions of this Act, shall be paid into the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
