Board protected by Public Authorities Protection Act

The Board shall be entitled to the same protection under the Public Authorities Protection Act as if it were included in the definition of “public authority” given in section 2 of that Act, Protected Areas Conservation Trust[CAP. 218 13 and the place at which the Board shall hold its meetings shall be deemed to be the “abode” of the Board within the meaning of the said Act.
