Regulations

(1) The Minister may make regulations for the better carrying out of, or giving effect to, the provisions of this Act. (2) Without prejudice to the foregoing, regulations made under sub-section (1) may provide for– (a) establishing a ceiling on total funds to be used under section 25; (b) the management, administration and function (c) appropriate training and orientation programmes for any members of the Board where necessary; (d) (3) Regulations made under this section and section 13 shall be laid before the National Assembly as soon as may be after the making thereof and shall be subject to negative resolution.
