User fees, visitor fees, concessions

(1) The Minister may by regulations after consultation with the Trust provide for the collection of user fees and visitor fees to be paid to the Trust for access to protected areas. (2) The Minister may by regulations empower the Trust to regulate concession agreements within protected areas. (3) Sub-sections (1) and (2) shall not apply to any archaeological reserve established under section 59 of the National Institute of Culture and History Act. CAP. 331.
