Disbursement of the Trust Funds

(1) Moneys from the Trust Fund may be awarded to recipients– (a) based on the criteria developed by the Board to achieve the goals and objectives of the (b) through strategic partnerships, assessments and management plans, linked to the implementation of the National Protected Areas System Plan, subject to the recipients meeting the criteria required by the Board; or Protected Areas Conservation Trust[CAP. 218 27 (c) based on a procedure identified by a donor. (2) The Board may request that any proposal requiring multiple year or recurrent funding shall be supported by a precise statement of the organizational and programmatic goals of the potential recipient.
