Licences

(1) The Board may issue a certified user’s licence, on the Form specified in Schedule II hereto, to a person who applies under regulation 3 above, and may attach such terms and conditions to the licence as it deems fit and proper. (2) Every licence issued by the Board under subregulation (1) above shall be for a period of five years, and shall be renewable thereafter for like duration upon application to the Board on the prescribed Form, provided that the Board may cancel a licence before the expiration of five years if the certified user is in breach of any of the terms and/or conditions attached thereto, or if the licence was obtained by false pretences, deception or misleading information.
