Duration of licences

(1) A Certificate of Registration issued under these regulations shall not be of more than five years’ duration. (2) Applications for re-registration of a pesticide must be submitted within three months of the expiry date and shall be 28 Pesticides Control accompanied by any additional data that may be required by the Board. (3) If an application for re-registration of a pesticide is not submitted by the date of expiry, the application shall be presumed to be a new application and must fulfil all requirements as they pertain to full registration.
