Data to accompany the application

(1) The chemical, toxicological and environmental data that must accompany any application for registration are given in Schedule I to these Regulations. Schedule II. (2) Any person wishing to register any pesticide must submit details of the labels of packaging according to requirements set out in Schedule II, including seven copies of the proposed label, for approval by the Board. (3) The registration of the domestic use pesticides is exempt from the requirements in subregulations (1) and (2) above. Schedule III. (4) Applications for registration of domestic use pesticides are to be accompanied by the data specified in Schedule III.
