Appeal

Registered And Restricted Pesticides (Manufacture, Imports And Sale) Regulations, reg. 7 · Revised Edition 2020

Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Board may appeal to the Minister within thirty days of the receipt of the communication, referred to in the proviso to regulation 6, and the decision of the Minister shall be final.
