Procedure for dealing with application

Every application received under regulations 3 and 5 shall be placed by the Registrar before the Board and after making such enquiry as it thinks fit, may grant a licence in Form II, 14 Pesticides Control provided that if the Board refuses to grant the licence, it shall convey to the applicant reasons for such refusal and shall also refund to the applicant the fee paid by him.
