Authorisation to sell restricted pesticide

Registered And Restricted Pesticides (Manufacture, Imports And Sale) Regulations, reg. 5 · Revised Edition 2020

Any person wishing to sell restricted pesticides shall send an application to the Secretary in Form I for authorisation to sell the same.
