Fees for sale, manufacture or import of a pesticide

(1) The following fees shall be payable for manufacture or import of registered or restricted pesticides, or for sale of registered pesticides, or for authorisation to sell restricted (a) sales of registered pesticides approved by the Board for domestic use (containing less than two percent active ingredient) …………….. ………………………………$25 per annum; (b) sale of other registered or ..............................................$100 per annum; (c) manufacture of pesticides .....$250 per annum; (d) importation of pesticidesI. Value of imports less than $1000.00… $25.00 II. Value of imports $1001.00- $2500.00……………………. $50.00 III. Value of imports $2501.00-$4000.00……………………. $75.00 IV. Value of imports $4001.00-$5000.00……………………. $100.00 V. Value of imports of $5001.00 or more .. 2% CIF value. (2) A licence issued under these Regulations shall not be of less than one year’s duration.
