Interpretation

(1) In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requiresCAP. 216. “Board” means the Pesticides Control Board established under section 3 of the Pesticides Control Act; “Form” means the Form annexed to these Regulations; “import licence” means a licence for the importation of “Registrar” means the Registrar of the Board. (2) Words and expressions used in these Regulations and not defined but defined in the Pesticides Control Act, shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in that Act.
